I need to start making more pizza, and I think what’s held me back is a lack of confidence or experience in making the dough. I’m also not sure about toppings, or even the right kind of cheese or oils to sweeten the crust. So I decided to take baby steps and cooked a frozen pizza on the grill. I ended up burning it. In my defense, frozen pizza has a built-in design flaw in that it doesn’t actually look done after it’s fully cooked, and the cheese is still bubbling like a swamp and once it settles down and looks edible the crust is already far gone.
