It was the middle of a long weekend and there was light rain from the edge of the hurricane, and it felt like we were at a beach bar waiting out a storm. We went to dinner at Shaw’s Tavern and I tried their butternut squash salad, which is nearly identical to what I’ve made myself before: arugula and squash with goat cheese and pecans.
